King Ranch Pickup with 8 foot bed
Great reliable work truck for construction, landscapers, farm or ranch work or even as a daily driver. It can easily haul heavy equipment (bobcats, backhoes etc), large 5th wheels, and large trailers.
Yes it is a salvage title, but it looks, runs and drives great. No damage, no rust and the frame is straight. No issues other than the ABS light is on. I have read the codes and it is wiring issue to the front drivers side, probably an easy fix. Tires are less than a year old with about 4000 miles on them. I get about 18MPG on the highway, 15MPG in the city and 11MPG towing a 16,000 pound 5th wheel. Not at all bad for such a heavy truck. It just passed emissions.
The engine is the Ford V8, Turbo Diesel 6.0L (most of the issues with this generation Ford engine involved the EGR, this truck has the EGR deleted, bypassing those issues). No DEF needed. Starts no problem, even in the cold. Exhaust is clean with no black smoke and the engine has tons of power. It just passed emissions 8/5/25 (see picture).
