2004 Nissan Xterra in excellent condition. CarFax report is available upon request. The CarFax report shows that it has never been hit or stolen. 299873 Kms at time of posting. It does not have any issues as it has been meticulously maintained and given whatever it needs when it needs it. The timing belt, water pump, idler/tensioner, front seals on the cams and crank shaft and coolant hoses were replaced at 280000Kms. The rear leaf springs and all shocks were just done along with sway bar links and bushings. The exhaust system was replaced with a stainless steel exhaust system from the catalytic converters all the way back to the tail pipe this spring. CarFax turned up one outstanding recall which Nissan is obligated to repair free of charge as per CDN Gov regulations (not out of the goodness of their hearts). I am currently booking it into Nissan to have this work completed.

The rooftop tent is available for free if you want it. It was a great way to get out into nature.
