Time to Sell My Dream Car!

Hey Everyone,

It’s time to part ways with my dream car, a 2014 Audi A4 Allroad. My lifestyle has changed significantly since I bought this vehicle back in 2017, and I’m in need of something larger and more utilitarian. As the second owner, I can say this car has quite the story and offers incredible value for anyone looking for a reliable daily driver that also turns heads.

About the Car

This Audi A4 Allroad has been a joy to own. It was originally stored outdoors for the first few years before it found a cozy spot indoors. I’ve taken extra steps to maintain it meticulously, as reflected in the long list of receipts for both maintenance and upgrades. I truly hope this car finds a new owner who appreciates it as much as I have.

Key Features and Upgrades

Here are some of the fantastic upgrades that make this Audi A4 Allroad unique:

  • H&R Coilover suspension (you have the option to lower it even more if desired) – Installed at RPI
  • Magnaflow Catback Exhaust – Installed at RPI
  • Big Air Intake – Installed at RPI
  • Integrated Engineering ECU Tune designed for 91 octane gas – Completed at PG Performance
  • 3sdm 19″ Rims fitted with Firehawk Summer tires – Installed at PG Performance

Recent Maintenance

I’ve been diligent about maintenance, ensuring that oil changes are performed every six months like clockwork. Just last week, I gave the car a fresh oil change to prep for winter, keeping it in tip-top condition.

Transparency Matters

In the interest of full transparency, I want to share some details about the car’s imperfections:

  • The paint features a few dings and scratches on the front end due to road debris and parking lot mishaps. However, considering it’s a 10-year-old car, it’s in great condition overall.
  • One exhaust hanger broke while I was trying to remove an old hitch. Currently, the exhaust is secured with pipe clamps, but I recommend getting a new hanger to enhance the aesthetics. A mechanic has assured me the work is safe.
  • A minor curb rash is present on some of the rims. Again, it’s not perfect but adds character to the vehicle.
  • There is a slow oil leak from the valve cover, a common issue in Audis from this era. I’ve monitored it closely for the past year. If you keep up with regular oil changes, topping up won’t be a concern. This leak hasn’t gotten worse, and I’ve consulted with professionals who’ve advised against replacing the valve gasket at this time.
  • Lastly, the front brakes will need to be redone within the next 5000 kilometers.

Why Choose the Audi A4 Allroad?

The Audi A4 Allroad is perfect for those who want a blend of comfort, performance, and practicality. It has all the features that make it an attractive daily driver while also being versatile enough for various lifestyles. Whether you need space for family outings or want a vehicle that excels in handling, this Audi does it all.

Hey All,

Time to sell my dream car! My lifestyle has changed quite a bit since this build and Im needing something a bit bigger and more utilitarian. I bought this in 2017 & am the second owner. It was stored outdoors for the first few years, & then moved indoors.

This car is perfect for someone looking for a fantastic daily driver that turns heads without having to worry about doing all the work. I have a long list of receipts of maintenance & the upgrades, Im hoping this car goes to someone who will love it as much as I have. This car comes with two sets of rims, summers on the 3sdm’s & the winters are on the stock 18″ audi rims. The car has just gotten a fresh oil change in time for the winter.

Upgrades:

– H&R Coilover suspension (yes you can lower it more if you want) (Done at RPI)
– Magnaflow Catback Exhaust (Done at RPI)
– Big Air Intake (Done at RPI)
– Integrated Engineering ECU Tune for 91 gas (Done at PG Performance)
– 3sdm 19″ Rims on Firehawk Summers (Done at PG Performance)

Maintenance done diligently with oil changes done every 6 months on the dot.

Also for transparency I want to address the things that aren’t perfect.

– Paint has a few dings and scratches on the front end (from rocks & inconsiderate parking lot folk) Definitely not perfect, but for a 10 year old car its not bad)
– One exhaust hanger broke (Was my doing, trying to remove the old hitch. In hindsight I should have gone to shop) Currently the exhaust is hung with pipe clamps but you can definitely just purchase a new hanger. I just havent got around to doing that. Mechanic mentioned the work is safe, just not as pretty when you bring the car up.
– Minor curb rash on a few of the rims
– Lastly, there is a bit of oil leaking from the valve cover (Very common problem with all audi’s from this era) I’ve been monitoring it for the last year and honestly if you change your oil every 6 months you don’t need to worry about topping it up. (Its a really really slow leak) but I thought I would mention it now so whoever purchases the car is aware. For clarity its definitely not gotten worse, I was really diligent about checking when I first noticed, brought it to two different shops for opinions and both have said its not worth the price tag of paying for a whole new valve gasket. I’ve trusted the professionals on this one, but definitely get an opinion you trust.
– Front brakes need to be redone in the next 5000ish KM’s.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns, serious inquiries only and test drives only with cash in hand. It’ll be tough not to fall in love!
