Not a car for daily driving without some work. The front end has a “clunk” that I can’t find. The engine also has an intermittent misfire. The coil wires, plugs and injectors are fairly new but the misfire still occurs. I am pretty sure that it is the ECM or a wiring harness problem under the battery box which is not uncommon on the Jeep Patriot. With the miles that the car has and the fact that it has the less than desirable CVT transmission, I am not going to put any money into the vehicle. Most of the body panels are in great shape (the liftgate is dented as shown in the photo). The AC blows nice and cold. The glass is perfect. The engine is the 2.4 liter and it runs great other than the misfire. Would be a great “parts” car. I am the original owner so I can answer any questions you might have.
