Private sale – selling my daily driver. It’s a local North Vancouver / Victoria vehicle. It’s been dealer serviced and I have all the papers since May of 2018. Always used synthetic oil, next oil change is due at 116k.

• The timing belt and water pump were both replaced in April of 2023
• The PCV valve/oil filter housing was replaced in November of 2023

The car will come with both winter and all-season tires, owners’ manual and 2 sets of keys.

Being a Volvo, the car feels like a tank. It’s very quiet, well insulated and gets good fuel economy. It runs on regular gas.

There are a couple of small claims, both minor / cosmetic

• Exterior 8/10

The car is a Premier Plus trim – some features are Xenon headlights that turn with the steering wheel, tilt-down side mirrors when backing up, heated mirrors, fold-in mirrors, front and rear sensors, BLIS, rain-sensing wipers etc.…these are just some options, too many to list.

Sad to have to sell this car but we are upgrading to an SUV.

The car is can be viewed in Coquitlam from 9AM to 3PM – Mon to Thurs and in Kerrisdale on Fri, Sat and Sun.
