We bought this new in 1989 from Jim Doten’s old Honda dealership in Berkeley. This was the last year Honda offered the hatchback version. Always in a garage or under a carport. Never used to commute.
Just passed a smog check (May 2025). Registration good until June 2026. The new tags just arrived in the mail! Next smog not due until June 2027! A new radiator was put in two years ago. Tires are good (rear ones are practically new). Hatchback works great. Retractable lights open and close like a champ! Original Owner’s Manual included! Cassette player and radio with removable faceplate works great (I’ll even throw in a free tape!).
It’s an Automatic. No A/C.
