Nice original survivor 1978 W123 240D with only 138,500 miles. 3rd owner. Original paint, interior, engine, transmission. Never been messed with or adulterated. This car was careful gone through with the following done in the last 5,000 miles (mechanical work): Engine and transmission mounts, remanufactured vacuum pump, water pump, cooling hoses (including the dreaded one under water pump), belts, new alternator (OEM Bosch), new radiator, transmission cooler hoses, oil cooler hoses, transmission flushed, new fuel filters, hand primer pump, turn signal switch, sway bar link kit, diff serviced, new ac compressor (will need recharge), ac valve, etc, and a number of other things I have long forgotten. What you need to know: Need to charge AC if you want to use it (I don’t), the vacuum auto door locks are not connected at the moment, it has a dent on the passenger door, and one on the lower front drive side fender (see pictures). This is one of the early years that does not have the vacuum actuated transmission but the /W version, IHMO, this is the one to have. Has new bluetooth enabled radio, but original Becker goes with the car. To repeat, this is an original, low mileage, survivor car which is rare these days. If you know what a w123 is you know what I mean.
